Shipping policy
Orders will go through 2 phases before being delivered:
- Order processing time: the amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This involves the securing of stocks, in some cases, and the checking of Product Quality.
- Shipping time: the amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has shipped.
From estimates on points 1 and 2 above, based on the time it took for the majority of orders to be delivered, the delivery time, starting from the next working day of the order, is 8-10 working days.
Please note that actual processing and shipping times may take shorter or longer, depending on order surges, international shipping volume, the carrier's shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method and quantity of your orders.
Our shipping partner is CY Post.
The cost of shipping depends on the order value:
For orders up to €15, the cost of shipping is €4.90
For orders between €15 to €20, the cost of shipping is 3.90
For orders between €20 to €50, the cost of shipping is 2.90
For orders between over €50, shipping is FREE
